Without Internet
Install on one school computer. Students open a link in any web browser — no app, no download, nothing to install. The exam runs completely offline over your school's local network.

Simple Setup
Three steps, then you're done
From download to running a live exam takes less than 30 minutes — most of that is waiting for the exam to download.
Install the app on one computer
Download CloudNotte Offline CBT and install it on any school PC — your server, the teacher's laptop, or the lab computer. You only do this once.
Download your exam while online
Before exam day, open the app, sign in to your CloudNotte account, and download the exam. The app stores everything on the computer. After this, you don't need internet.
Students open a link — that's it
On exam day, the app shows a link and a QR code on your screen. Students open any browser, visit that link, and start the exam. No app, no download, no internet required.
Why Schools Use It
Built for the real school environment
Designed around the challenges Nigerian and African schools actually face — unreliable internet, power cuts, limited devices.
No internet on exam day
The entire exam runs over your school's local network. Students answer questions, the timer ticks, and results are saved — all without any internet connection.
Students install nothing
Any phone, tablet, or laptop with a web browser can take the exam. Students don't need to download or install anything at all.
One PC runs everything
Install the app once on any school computer. That single machine serves the exam to every student in the hall simultaneously.
Survives power cuts
Every answer is saved the moment a student clicks it. If the lights go out and come back, the exam continues from exactly where everyone stopped.
Sync results when you're ready
Results are stored safely on the server PC after the exam. When you have internet, open the Sync Centre in the app and push all results to CloudNotte with one tap.
Up to 300 students at once
CloudNotte Offline CBT is load-tested for 300 students answering simultaneously. More than enough for the largest exam halls.

FAQ
Common questions
No. Only the one school computer running the server needs the app. Students just open any web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on their phone, tablet, or laptop and type the address shown on your screen. That's it.
That's exactly what this app is designed for. You download the exam once before exam day while online. On exam day, everything runs over your school's local Wi-Fi or network cable — no internet connection required.
The app saves every answer as students go. If the server restarts or a student's browser closes, they simply reopen the browser and the exam continues from exactly where they left off. No answers are lost.
You can use a simple Wi-Fi router (the kind you buy at any electronics shop) or connect computers with network cables. The app does not need internet — just a local connection between the server PC and the student devices.
After the exam, the results are stored safely on the server PC. When you have internet, open the Sync Centre inside the app and tap Sync — all results are pushed to your CloudNotte account. You can also export them as a file if you prefer.
CloudNotte Offline CBT v2 is tested and proven to handle 300 students answering simultaneously on one server. For most school exams, this is more than enough.
