Frequently Asked Questions

What is Cloudnotte and how does it work?
Cloudnotte is an all-in-one platform that allows schools, educators, and homeschool teachers to bring traditional classroom experiences online. It provides tools for managing students, tracking progress, delivering lessons, and creating a personalized learning environment. Whether you are running a full school, teaching a class, or starting an online academy, Cloudnotte simplifies the process of managing education digitally.
What educational levels does Cloudnotte cater to?
Cloudnotte is designed for:
Schools and Institutions: Manage your students, staff, and classes seamlessly.
Leactures and Teachers: Deliver lessons, assignments, and track student progress.
Homeschool Teachers: Stay organized and manage learning journeys for individual students.
Aspiring Online Educators: Start your own online school with ease, managing everything from course creation to student enrollment.
Can I use Cloudnotte if I already have a physical school?
Absolutely! Cloudnotte is designed for both online and traditional schools. It offers tools to manage your school seamlessly, whether it's on-site, online, or hybrid.
Is Cloudnotte secure?
Yes, security is our priority. We use advanced encryption and data protection protocols to ensure that all your information and activities on Cloudnotte remain safe.
How secure is student data on Cloudnotte?
Unlike traditional systems, Cloudnotte goes beyond school management. It enables educators to start online schools, provides students access to a marketplace of schools, and fosters a collaborative environment for sharing resources—all in one platform.
What makes Cloudnotte different from other school management systems?
Cloudnotte's child pickup safety technology works by using a combination of QR codes, biometric verification, and GPS tracking. When a parent or guardian arrives at the school to pick up a child, they scan a QR code generated by the Cloudnotte app on their phone. The system then verifies their identity using facial recognition or fingerprint scanning. Once verified, the system notifies the school staff and the child that their pickup is ready. The system also tracks the location of the child and the pickup person until they reach the child's home
