Introduction (10 minutes):
Email is a fast and convenient way to communicate with people locally and internationally. In this lesson, we will learn how to write, send, and reply to emails, as well as attach files to emails.
Writing and Sending Emails (20 minutes):
- Step 1: Compose a New Email
- Open an email account (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo Mail)
- Click on the "Compose" or "New Email" button
- Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field
- Enter a subject for the email in the "Subject" field
- Type the body of the email in the main text area
- Step 2: Add Attachments (if necessary)
- Click on the "Attach file" or "Paperclip" icon
- Select the file you want to attach from your computer or device
- Step 3: Send the Email
- Review the email for spelling and grammar errors
- Click on the "Send" button to send the email
Receiving and Replying to Emails (20 minutes):
- Step 1: Check Your Inbox
- Log in to your email account
- Click on the "Inbox" tab to view new emails
- Step 2: Read and Reply to an Email
- Click on an email to open it
- Read the email and respond if necessary
- Click on the "Reply" or "Reply All" button to respond to the email
- Step 3: Forward an Email (if necessary)
- Click on the "Forward" button to forward the email to someone else
Attaching Files to Emails (15 minutes):
