Objective:
Students will identify places that need respect.
Students will understand how to behave properly in different places.
Materials Needed:
Flashcards or pictures of places (school, park, library, home, hospital, mosque/church/temple)
Whiteboard or chart paper

Lesson Outline:
1. Warm-up
Greet students and ask: “What is your favorite place to go?”
Discuss briefly that we should take care of and respect the places we visit.
2. Introduction
Show pictures of different places.
Ask: “Do we behave the same way at the park and at school?”
Explain that different places need different kinds of respect.
3. Main Activity
A. Discussion:
Ask students questions and guide their answers:
Question: What should we do at school to show respect?
Answer: Listen to the teacher, keep the classroom clean, and be kind to classmates.
Question: How should we behave in a library?
Answer: Speak quietly, take care of books, and not run around.
Question: How should we behave at home?
Answer: Help parents, keep things tidy, and share with family.
Question: How should we behave in a park?
Answer: Don’t litter, respect plants, and play safely.
Question: How should we behave in a hospital?
Answer: Be calm, not make noise, and respect patients and doctors.
B. Activity:
Draw a “Respect Map” on the board or chart paper.
Ask students to name places and write them on the map.
Next to each place, write one way to show respect.
4. Wrap-Up
Summarize: “We must respect places by keeping them clean, being polite, and following rules.”
Ask students to give one promise about how they will respect a place today.
