Lesson Outline:
1. Introduction
Ask: “What did you eat today?”
Explain:
“Some foods make our body strong and healthy. Some foods, if we eat too much, can be bad for us. Today we will learn about good and bad foods.”
2. Good and Bad Foods
Show pictures of foods and classify them:
Good Foods:
Fruits: Apple, Banana, Orange
Vegetables: Carrot, Spinach, Tomato
Dairy: Milk, Cheese, Yogurt
Proteins: Eggs, Fish, Chicken
Bad Foods (Eat Less Often):
Sweets: Candy, Chocolate, Cake
Fast Food: Burgers, Fries, Pizza
Sugary drinks: Soda, Cola
Explain in simple words:
Good foods help us grow, give us energy, and keep us healthy.
Bad foods taste nice but too much can make us sick.
