The Urhobo people are found in Delta state. The people are for farming, fishing, hunting, rubber tapping, and trading. The Urhobo were said to originated from the ijaw and Benin.
The Idoma
The Idoma people are the second-largest ethnic group in Benue State, Nigeria, known as skilled farmers and formerly warriors. They are predominantly located in the western part of Benue State. The Idoma have a rich culture, historically migrating from Apa in the Kwararafa Kingdom and are recognized by their distinctive red and black attire.
The Igala
The Igala people live in Kogi State, Nigeria. Their traditional ruler is called the Attah of Igala. The Igala people are farmers growing yam, cassava, and maize. Some are also fishermen. They Famous for masquerade festivals, vibrant drumming, and art. They speak the Igala language. They often wear yellow (hospitality) and black (richness). Many believe in a supreme creator called Ojo.
The Hausa
The Hausa people are believed to have originated from the ancient Hausa Kingdoms. They predominantly live in the northern states of Nigeria, such as Kano, Katsina, Sokoto, and Zamfara. They are one of the largest ethnic groups in Nigeria. They are known for farming and rearing of animal
The Yoruba
The Yoruba people trace their origin to the ancient kingdoms of Oyo and Ifẹ, which were powerful kingdoms in pre-colonial Nigeria in 11th century. They are primarily found in the southwestern states of Nigeria, including Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, and Oyo. They are known for farming, pottery, mat weaving and fishermen.
The Igbo
The Igbo people descended from early settlers who established their kingdoms and societies in the southeastern part of Nigeria. They have a long history of advanced political and social organization. The Igbo people predominantly live in the southeastern states of Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Ebonyi, and Abia. They are known for trading and farming.
