Safety Rules in Tennis:
- Warm-up and Cool-down: Always warm up before playing tennis and cool down after playing to prevent injuries.
- Proper Equipment: Use proper tennis equipment, including rackets, balls, and shoes, to prevent accidents.
- Court Safety: Ensure the tennis court is clear of obstacles and hazards before playing.
- Respect Opponents: Respect your opponents and avoid collisions on the court.
- Hydrate and Rest: Stay hydrated and take regular breaks to avoid dehydration and fatigue.
Basic Skills in Tennis:
- Grip: Hold the racket with a firm but not overly tight grip.
- Stance: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and body balanced evenly.
- Serve: Toss the ball in the air and hit it with the racket to serve.
- Forehand: Hit the ball with the front of the racket.
- Backhand: Hit the ball with the back of the racket.
