Introduction
Teacher:
Asks: “What do you do when you wake up?”
“When do you eat breakfast?”
Introduces the idea that everything we do happens at a certain time
Explain:
Time helps us know when to wake up, go to school, eat, and sleep.
Presentation

Morning (sunrise, waking up, breakfast)
Afternoon (school activities, lunch)
Evening (homework, play)
Night (sleep)
Ask pupils:
“When do you go to school?”
“When do you sleep?”
Introduction to the Clock
Show an analogue clock:
Short hand = hour hand
Long hand = minute hand (explain simply as “minute hand tells us minutes”)
Teach:
When the long hand is at 12, it is o’clock
Examples:
1:00 → One o’clock
2:00 → Two o’clock
3:00 → Three o’clock
