Meaning of Typing
Typing means pressing the keys on the keyboard to write letters, numbers, or words on the computer.
Device Used for Typing
Keyboard – the part of the computer used to type letters, numbers, and symbols.
Steps in Typing Text
Turn on the computer.
Open a typing program (like a word processor).
Place your fingers on the keyboard.
Press the keys to type letters and words.
Example words pupils can type:
CAT
DOG
BOOK
SCHOOL

Flashcards with simple words
