God supplies our needs means that God provides the things we need to live and survive. These include food, water, clothing, shelter, good health and wisdom.
God cares for His children and provides for them in different ways. He can use our parents, teachers, farmers, doctors and other people to meet our needs.
### Biblical Account of God's Provision
Bible reference: Exodus 16:1–18 and Exodus 17:1–7
After the Israelites left Egypt, they travelled through the wilderness. They became hungry and thirsty because there was not enough food and water.
God heard their complaints and provided for them.
* God provided manna: God sent manna from heaven for the Israelites to eat in the morning.
* God provided quails: God also provided quails for them to eat.
* God provided water: When the Israelites had no water, God instructed Moses to strike a rock, and water came out for the people to drink.
Through these miracles, God showed that He cared for the Israelites and could supply their needs.
### Ways God Supplies Our Needs Today
God supplies our needs through:
* Our parents and guardians, who provide food, clothing and shelter.
* Farmers, who grow crops and rear animals for food.
* Teachers, who help us gain knowledge and wisdom.
* Doctors and nurses, who care for the sick.
* Rain and sunshine, which help crops grow.
* Opportunities to work and earn money to meet our needs.
### Lessons to Learn

* We should pray and thank God for His provision.
* We should work hard and use our talents wisely.
* We should avoid wasting food, water and other resources.
