Disunity occurs when there is a breakdown of peace and cooperation. Below are the causes across different levels of society:

A. At Home

• Favouritism: When parents show unfair preference for one child over others.
• Lack of Communication: When family members do not talk or listen to one another.
• Financial Stress: Disputes over money and the distribution of family resources.

B. In School

• Bullying: Intimidating or hurting fellow students creates fear and division.
• Tribalism and Cliquism: Grouping based on ethnic backgrounds or excluding others from social circles.
• Unhealthy Competition: When the desire to win leads to cheating or bitterness among students.

C. In the Society

• Religious Intolerance: Refusal to respect or accept the religious beliefs of others.
