Read the following passage carefully and answer the questions that follow.
Afolabi was very excited on his first day at Great Heights Secondary School. After six years in primary school, he felt like a grown-up. He wore his new, well-ironed white shirt and blue trousers. His mother had packed a delicious meal of jollof rice and chicken in his lunch box.
When he arrived at the school gate, he saw many other students in the same uniform. Some were crying because they were missing their parents, but Afolabi walked boldly to the assembly ground. The Principal, Mr. Okon, welcomed the new students and told them that secondary school requires hard work and discipline.
Afolabi’s first class was English Language. The teacher, Mrs. Ibrahim, taught them about Nouns. Afolabi listened attentively and wrote down everything in his new notebook. By the time the bell rang for break, he had already made two new friends, Chidi and Musa.
