MS-Powerpoint (Tool bar)

The Toolbar in Microsoft PowerPoint contains buttons and icons that allows you to perform different tasks quickly. 

1. New slide: adds a new slide to the presentation 

2. Save: saves your work

3. Undo: cancels the last action

4. Redo: repeats the last undone action 

5. Insert picture: allows you to add pictures to your slide

6. Font style: changes the design of the letters

7. Font size: makes letters bigger or smaller

8. Bold(B): makes texts thicker and darker

9. Italics(I): slants the text to the right

10. Underline(U): draws a line under the text

11. Text alignment: positions text to the left, right, centre or justified
