Electricity is the flow or movement of free electron. Electricity is a form of energy, produced in various ways, it is very important in our lives.
Types of Electricity
There are two types of electricity namely:
1. Static Electricity: This type of electricity involves the free electron gathered at one position. This type of electricity can be verified by rubbing vigorously a plastic pen or plastic comb on wool or hair and then bring them bring it near small pieces of paper. The plastic pen attracts the paper.
2. Current Electricity : This is a type of electricity generated as a result of movement of free electron in chemical substances and metals. This is the most useful type of electricity. It is used to operate our electrical and electronic appliances.

2.Magnetic Method ( Use of Magnets)

Uses of Electricity
Electricity is useful to us in many ways.
1. Electricity gives Heat
2. Electricity gives Light
3. It is used for our home appliances such as blender, fan, television etc
