A spreadsheet is a collection of cells organized into rows and columns where data is stored and manipulated. The spreadsheet is known as worksheet. A spreadsheet Package is a software application that enables the computer user to carry out calculation-related tasks. Spreadsheets are majorly used for organizing and analysing numeric data.

Steps to load spreadsheet Package(Microsoft excel)

Method 1

1. Click on the start button.

2. Click on All programs

3. Click on Microsoft Office.

4. Click on Microsoft Excel.

Method 2

Double-click the Microsoft excel icon on the desktop.
