BERETON MONTESSORI SCHOOL:
Established on 10 September 1978 and situated in the heart of Port Harcourt, Bereton Montessori School secured the top position in this category. Renowned for its innovative approach to education, the school fosters an environment where students are not only taught but inspired to embrace challenges, hone their strengths, and excel in their endeavors. At the NDLC 2024, Bereton Montessori demonstrated excellence, earning 9 prestigious awards across multiple categories, proudly representing the city of Port Harcourt.
THE AMBASSADOR COLLEGE:
Founded in 1998, The Ambassador College secured second place in this category. Known for its remarkable achievements in education, the school boasts 10 British Council Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards and 5 Cowbellpedia Championship titles. As a leader in shaping the educational landscape in Ogun State, the school earned 5 awards across various categories, further solidifying its reputation for excellence.
BOFOAT MODEL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL:
Established in 1998 and located on Olobayo Street, Ikare Akoko, Ondo State, Bofoat Model International School secured an esteemed third place in this category. In a brief interview, Mr. Tosin acknowledged the challenges encountered during the competition, particularly due to network constraints. Despite these obstacles, the school's participation in NDLC 2024 was a notable success, as they earned 5 distinguished awards across multiple categories, further underscoring their dedication to educational excellence.
BEEHIVE SCHOOL:
Situated in the heart of Lagos State, Beehive School, a distinguished private co-educational institution with 37 years of excellence, has been at the forefront of integrating technology into education. Catering to creche, nursery, and primary students, the school earned a commendable fourth place in this category. Beehive School's continued impact on the educational sector is evident in its dedication to nurturing and empowering young minds to excel in a rapidly advancing educational environment.
JADE BRITISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL:
Proudly representing Bayelsa State, Jade British International School secured fifth place in this category. A standout achievement was made by Divine Davidson-Otuvie, who set a new record for the school by ranking 1st in the Top 10 Senior Students category.
EUCHARISTIC HEART OF JESUS MODEL COLLEGE:
Situated in the heart of Benin City, the college achieved sixth place in this category. The school was represented at NDLC 2024 by Mr. Gabriel Okonkwo, the Dean of Studies and Human Resources Officer. It was a joyful occasion, with participants from various parts of the country coming together to celebrate the event’s success.
CHARLES DALE MEMORIAL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL:
Situated in the heart of Port Harcourt, Charles Dale Memorial International Boarding School, founded in 2006, achieved an impressive 7th place in this category. The school continues to uphold its reputation for academic excellence and innovation, standing out as a leader in educational achievements.
PEAKFIELD ACADEMY:
Located at Fwavei Rayfield, Jos, Nigeria, Peakfield Academy secured eighth place in this category. Founded in 2018, the school gained recognition in 2022 by winning the Axia Hub Tech Challenge. Peakfield Academy continues to make an outstanding impact in the educational sector through its innovative use of technology.
BOUTUA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AND DE JOYLAND SCHOOLS:
Boutua International School The competition for the 9th spot was fiercely contested, resulting in a tie between Bouttua International School, Yenegoa, and De Joyland Schools, Lagos. Both schools demonstrated exceptional effort and secured joint ninth place in this category.
MICHLOM SCHOOLS AND DEMONSTRATION SECONDARY SCHOOL:
Achieving the 10th position, these schools were recognized for their unwavering commitment to prioritizing digital literacy and fostering the development of future learners and leaders. Their achievements set a commendable standard for other educational institutions, illustrating that a dedicated emphasis on technology can effectively empower students for success in the digital age.
